What's up? — the standard Colombian greeting.
This is the greeting, not "¿cómo estás?" It is a hello, not a real question, and the expected answer is "bien, ¿y usted?" or just "¿bien o qué?" back. In Medellín you will also hear "¿quiubo pues?" constantly.
Literally "what more?" — a shortening of "¿qué más hay?" (what else is there / what else is new).
Answering literally, as if asked what else is going on, marks you as a learner immediately. Just say "bien" and bounce it back.
Reading a definition isn't the same as saying it to someone. Lingo Kaiava is a voice tutor set to Colombian Spanish — it uses ¿qué más? the way locals do, corrects you in the moment, and never "fixes" the way real people actually talk into textbook Colombian Spanish.
