What a hassle / I can't be bothered.
One of the most-used words in daily Japanese. It covers any task that is not hard, just annoying enough that you do not want to start. Often clipped to めんどい. It describes the task and, by extension, your feeling about it.
Saying it about something someone asked you to do is openly rude. Fine about your own chores.
